Itinerary

  • 1 Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu received by our staff and transfer to hotels.
On arrival at Kathmandu Nepal’s International Airport, received by guide and staff and then transfer you to your hotels in the hub of Kathmandu city.
    Check into your rooms, after getting refreshed from Jet-Lag, then join with other members of Annapurna Ghorepani-Poon Hill Panorama trekking.
    Our guide will provide briefing regarding trekking, hotels, local lodge and overland drives with do’s and don’ts. Evening welcome group dinner in authentic Nepalese restaurants with Folk cultural programs to entertain as introduction to Nepalese culture and custom.
  • 2 Day 2: Morning sightseeing tour around Kathmandu world heritage sites. Morning a short drive within heart of Kathmandu city at Durbar Square (Old Palace courtyard). The area is steeped with historical monuments listed in the World Heritage Sites as well visiting Nepal’s famous landmark of Swayambhunath Stupa. Located on a hillock west of the city, an interesting site of Swayambhunath great Stupa of more than 2,600 years old history.

    From here tour takes to famous Hindu temple of Pashupatinath, dedicated to lord Shiva a temple of two tiered golden roof and silver doors.
    It is famous for its beautiful architecture as well a center of annual pilgrimage on the day of Maha Shivaratri (birth anniversary of Lord Shiva).
    From Pashupatinath short drive to Bouddhanath Stupa, a famous Buddhist monument and largest Stupa or Dome in the world.
    On this colossal ancient stupa; faces all seeing eyes of Lord Buddha, which was built by Lichchhavi King Mana Dev in the 5th A.D.
    Constructed on an octagonal base inset with prayer wheels around the dome wide circumference. This area also called ‘Little Tibet’ due to large number of Tibetan origin local who resides around. Browse around the side market with many shops and restaurants that makes one of the interesting part of Bouddhanath.
    After an exciting, interesting day back to hotel for another wonderful tour beyond Kathmandu next day drive to Pokhara.
  • 3 Day 3: Drive to Pokhara 860 m 220 km distance drive of 06 hours.Morning overland journey to Nepal Mid-West at scenic and renowned touristic city in Pokhara. Drive follows past farm villages and towns following the popular rafting Trisuli River for some hours. As drive heads further west reaching at Pokhara and transfer to a nice hotel. Situated by the serene Phewa Lake side, where all nice hotels are located
  • 4 Day 4: At Pokhara full day tour with morning sunrise view from Sarankot.Early morning a short drive to Sarankot hill top famous view points for striking sunrise views over mountain range. Includes Mt. Dhaulagiri, Mt. Annapurna and Mt. Manaslu Himalayas with array of peaks. Grand views of Pokhara valley and the city with Lake Phewa. Sarankot at 1,430 m high, a popular spot for Para-Gliding, Zip Flyer / Liner also.
    After an exciting view of sunrise over mountain range, back to hotel for morning and afternoon tour around Pokhara at places of interest.
    Tour of Seti Gorge, famous and beautiful David’s / Devis or Pathle Chhago Water Falls- visit Peace the large cave of Gupteshwor Gufa at walking distance from David fall.
    Time permitting taka boat ride across the lake and hike up to Shanti / Peace pagoda style stupa offers grand views of Himalayan range of peaks.
  • 5 Day 5: Drive to Lumbini birth place of Lord Buddha 127 km driving distance
- 04 hrs. Journey.Depart from the hotel at Pokhara for another exciting drive to Nepal Far
    Mid-West at Lumbini. Located on a low and sub-tropical climate, the lowland of
    the country known as Terai, as drive reach at Lumbini the holy site of Lord Buddha
    birth place. On arrival transfer to a nice hotel and relax. Afternoon with time at
    leisure for short walks around the town and village, catch a glimpse of local
    culture. Which is close to the site of Buddha’s birth place and the holy premises.
  • 6 Day 6: At Lumbini tour of historical and religious site of Buddha’s birth site.
Morning our guide will lead you to visit Lord Buddha’s birth sites and historical areas of great wonders and interest. Lumbini is a traditional birthplace of Gautama Buddha, the founder of Buddhism, born in the 6th Century B.C.
    According Buddhist tradition, Maya Devi gave birth to a child (Buddha) on her way to her parent's home in Devadaha in the month of May 642 BC. Feeling the onset of labor pains, she grabbed hold of the branches of a shade tree and gave birth to Siddhartha Gautama, the future Buddha.
    The Buddha have announced, "This is my final rebirth" as he entered the world. Buddhist tradition also has it that he walked immediately after his birth and took seven steps, under each of which a lotus flower bloomed.
    In 249 BC, the Buddhist convert Emperor Asoka visited Lumbini and constructed four stupas and a stone pillar. Asoka’s Pillar bears an inscription that translates as: "King Piyadasi (Asoka), beloved of devas, in the 20 year of the coronation, himself made a royal visit, Buddha Sakyamuni having been born here, a stone railing was built and a stone pillar erected to the Bhagavan ["blessed one"] having been born here. Lumbini village was taxed reduced and entitled to the eight parts (only)".
    The site was rediscovered in 1895, when a German archaeologist came upon Asoka’s Pillar, identified by its inscription. Records made by the Chinese pilgrim 
Fa Xian were also used in the process of identifying this religiously acclaimed site. Lumbini was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997.
    After an interesting tour back to hotel with time for stroll around the street and market of Lumbini.
  • 7 Day 7: Short drive to Bhairawa airport and fly to Kathmandu 50 mins flightMorning or mid-afternoon as time for flight to Kathmandu, a short drive of less than an hour. Reaching at Bhairawa city airport, at present with Gautama Buddha international airport also. After checking in board in a large airplane for sweeping short flight to Kathmandu. During air-borne enjoy superb panorama of Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, and Manaslu with Ganesh and Langtang Himal range of peaks.
    On landing at Kathmandu airport, transfer for short drive back to hotel, after a great tour around great places of Nepal. 

  • 8 Day 8: Depart for international flight for homeward bound.Last day in Nepal after a wonderful experience on Cultural, Historical, and Scenic Tour of Nepal. As per flight time, transfer to airport for homeward bound or to your respective destinations.
