Langtang Himal Panorama Trekking:

A wonderful short journey of a week duration where you will have ample time enjoy its beautiful scenery of mountains with local ancient culture of Buddhism around rural farm villages of Tamang, the mountain and hill tribe of Nepal Himalaya. 

Langtang Himal Panorama where walk leads you to beautiful and scenic Kyanjin located within  Langtang valley, as walk leads you into deep gorge covered by dense green woodland of tall rhododendron-magnolia and pines trees and bamboo groves where rare and elusive Red Panda often spotted on this walk to Langtang valley at Kyanjin.

Kyanjin situated above 3,749 m high surrounded by array of peaks where you will time to immerse within its beautiful setting and with short hike to some of its high hills and view points for best Langtang Himal panorama.

Langtang Himal & Holy Gosainkund:

A fabulous journey where one can combine beautiful Langtang valley with scenic Kyanjin and then continue walks for two week duration, after enjoying lovely walks to Kyanjin around picturesque Langtang valley, then heading high towards Holy Gosainkund a famous and popular pilgrimage spot for both Hindu and Buddhist religions.

As walk proceeds higher ridges of Langtang Himal past nice Tamang villages of Upper or Thulo Syabru and Sing Gompa (monastery), then reaching at scenic sacred Gosainkund a sacred glacial pond, surrounded by high rocky cliffs and green hills.

In the month of August where great religious event takes place on this high holy spot in Gosainkund located at 4,381m / 14,375 ft, devotees visits here for a dip in the holy and icy pond belief is that it relinquish the sin of a hundred lifetimes, as pilgrims flocks around in the festival called Jani Purnima in auspicious Full Moon time.

From here with exciting and pleasant time head high to cross over Gosainkund or Laurabina-La passes at above 4,609 m high to reach the eastern side of Langtang Himal region close to beautiful areas of Helambu.

Walk back to Kathmandu to reach a road head after walking ups and downhill past Kutumsang and Gul-Bhanyang villages with scenic Chisapani where you will catch stunning sunrise views over chain of Himalayan peaks as far to Annapurna-Manaslu-Ganesh Himal with Langtang and Jugal Himal range.

On reaching at Sundarijal town where short drive takes you back into hustle and bustle city life of Kathmandu.

Tamang Heritage Trail:


Another scenic and more cultural country walks within Langtang Himal region, where drive leads you from Kathmandu to reach trekking point at Dhunche (main headquarter town of Rasuwa district around Langtang Himal Region).

Starting with pleasant walk away from mainstream trekking trails to reach traditional Tamang village of Gatlang a nice large farm village where you will be greeted in traditional Tamang custom of age-old heritage interwoven with Buddhism religion.

Interesting and impressive time around Gatlang and visiting its natural hot-spring at Tatopani village, where walk leads close to Nepal and Tibet frontier, and then heading back to complete this wonderful journey to the road head for drive back to Kathmandu.

One of the most interest trek on Tamang Heritage Trail where you will soak within local ancient culture of strong Tibetan influence and background with wonderful scenic views of Manaslu-Ganesh and Langtang Himal.

One of the adventurous trekking around Langtang Himal where walk leads you after a drive from Kathmandu to Langtang Himal area at Dhunche and Syabrubesi village, then walk into beautiful Langtang valley at Kyanjin.

After a pleasant and wonderful moment and overnight at Kyanjin from here on camping with tents for overnight, where walk leads you across high Ganja-la pass at above 5,122 m and 16,800 m high to reach at nice and lovely Helambu village at Tarkye-Gang.

It will be a pleasant surprise after being in complete wilderness for many days away from human settlement reaching at Helambu main village in Tarke Gyang with enough time to explore its charming village and old Buddhist monastery.

This village of Tarke Gyang, famous for Buddhist culture and art-work, wood carving and as well for delicious green apples, from here drive leads you down at low-warmer farm villages and towns on the road back to Kathmandu.
